Refund policy

I request that all items are returned in their original LynnsGemCreations packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

I strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery to make sure you are happy to keep, before removing any attached tags or discarding packaging. Jewellery with tags removed will not be refunded. I cannot accept returned items that have been worn or used. I do not accept returns on earrings for health reasons.

Please make sure that on the package you mark it as a return, i will not be responsible for customs charges for a returned item.
