Shipping to UK is free 2nd class, 1st class and 1st class signed (depending on the amount of the order), International there is a flat rate cost of £9.50 which is then sent tracked. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom, personalised orders, or earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
Any returns must be sent back in the original packaging, any tags which may be attached, must still be intact. Refunds will not be given if the tags have been removed
