We use a variety of high-quality materials, including Sterling Silver, Gold Filled, High Quality Brass, Crystals, Natural Stones etc. Check out the product description of your chosen piece to find out more.
How long do I need to wait to receive my order?
Jewellery and cards, are usually shipped within 1 – 3 business days, larger orders can take 3 – 5 days. Shipping to UK is free 2nd class, 1st class and 1st class signed (depending on the amount of the order).
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery (returns requests will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery)
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for: Custom, personalised orders, or earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
Any returns must be sent back in the original packaging, any tags which may be attached, must still be intact. Refunds will not be given if the tags have been removed
